Gatsby’s, a sophisticated new venue with in the Palace that blends the traditional elegance of the stately property with a flair for contemporary design has recently opened to rave reviews. Gatsby’s, which is located up the main staircase just off The Palace’s spacious second floor Gallery, provides an alternative to the grand European-style interiors present throughout the elegant property. Instead of soaring antique, carved marble fireplaces, massive crystal chandeliers, expanses of ballroom space, and French design accents, Gatsby’s provides warm, intimate, sophisticated yet casual interiors. Here guests will encounter a forest of cocoa-bean-finished solid cherry millwork and wall paneling; polished bronze hardware and wall sconces, and coffered ceilings. Subtle accent lighting throughout Gatsby’s bathes the entire dining room in a soft, welcoming amber glow.
